International Legal Standards in the Digital Era

On February 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM, an informative meeting for faculty members and students was held in the university`s second academic building.

The event addressed current issues of copyright in the digital era, international standards, legal protection mechanisms for intellectual property objects, as well as proper legal registration of academic and creative works within the university environment.

The speaker of the meeting was Ainura Yesendikova, Director General of the Kazakhstan Copyright Society (KazAK). She shared her professional perspective on developing an intellectual property culture at the university, protecting authors` rights, and preventing legal risks in the digital space.

During the meeting, participants received practical guidance and answers to their questions. The event became an important platform for dialogue on copyright protection in the fields of education, science, and the arts.
